Where You Should Place a Watermark on Your Photos?

A photographer must choose the best place for his watermark. If you place a watermark at the right spot, your name or brand is visible to your audience. Besides, you should consider the right place for your logo also. Logo position gives recognition of your brand and helps you in branding.

Most commonplace for your watermark ( your name or brand name) is left bottom or right bottom, Logo of your should be placed beside your name/ brand name (left OR top of text). This placement assists you to get the attention of your audiences and make your photos even more attractive. Therefore, it is advisable for photographers to watermark their photos.

1. Download the App

Go to the google play store, and search for “Shot on Stamp". Check the below screenshot. the screenshot shows the app icon and name. you have to download this app.

2. Check in-built App Setup

After the installation, open the app. You can see various options such as Logo, Shot On, Shot By, Advance, Date & Time, etc

3. Click On Advance & Check the additional Options

When you click on “Advance”, you will find below the screen and additional options such as Stamp Position, Stamp Size, Font Styles, and Font Color.

4. Select the Brand Logo

Click on Logo and select the brand logo you like regardless of which smartphones you own or add your custom logo. Just click on the “+” button and select from your mobile gallery.

5. Edit Shot On Tag

Click Shot On, alter the signature tag with your Device name, e.g. SHOT ON (Redmi NOTE 5). Click on the SHOT ON tag, you will have different options like SHOT WITH, CAPTURED ON, SELFIE ON, AND TAKEN WITH OR you can add your custom tag.

Edit Shot By tag with your name, e.g., SHOT BY (YOUR NAME). Click on the SHOT BY tag, you will have different options like BY, SHOT BY, CAPTURED BY, SELFIE BY, and TAKEN BY OR you can add your custom tag.

6. Go to Advance for Stamp Settings

Set your stamp position whatever works for you. You can adjust your stamp position to Top Left, Top Right, Bottom Left, and Bottom Right.

Select the stamp as you like. The app has different stamp sizes, choose whatever works for you.

Choose Font Style for making your stamp look even more attractive.

Choose font color such a way that it looks more attractive with your photos

7. Date & Time Format

You can alter the Date & Time Format, it’s Font Size, Font Style, and Font Color same as you did in stamp settings. Choose good looking Date & time Format for your photos.

8. Now Click the Photo

Click on the camera icon, open the camera and click the beautiful photos from your mobile camera. The app will automatically add a stamp to your photos.
